NPC Skin via URL

Description:
Allows you to set an npc's skin using a direct link to the skin file. I recommend using imgur.

Doesn't works for Citizens i think 2, but im not sure.

I get "a skin name is required", when im typing /npc skin --url <url> or get "Unknown flag: u", when typing /npc skin -u <url>

It does work with Citizens 2
using the method provided.
Just after the URL to the image add this : slim

Example:
/npc skin --url <url to image> slim
